GRUPMICROS ships to all European Union. The purchase order made on the web is sent to the indicated address at the time of purchase and can not be possible the delivery orders to PO.

Currently, the shipping costs can be free for any order of Spain (excluding Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla) with a higher amount of 100€.


Delivery Time

The delivery times are approximate since the order leaves our warehouses, and in any case binding on GRUPMICROS. On Saturdays and Sundays, national and regional holidays ( Catalunya ), there is no order preparation in the warehouse, so any request coming from Friday at 13:00 will leave our facilities on Monday next week or next business day. Remember that no deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays or on national or regional holidays of each community ( or in Catalunya as an origin or destination community in each case )).

To avoid delivery incidents by incorrect addresses or inability to find someone at home, you should properly fill in the form in the purchase process. The customer agrees to allow the delivery providing an address in which the order can be made available, within the delivery periods of a standard order between 9.00 and 19.00h from Monday to Friday, and also to facilitate the mobile phone number to be reached by the carrier, if the delivery can´t be effected at the given address to be absent. This shipping type doesn´t allow the selection of a time window for delivery. If it´s specified in the order comments, GRUPMICROS will inform the carrier the customer preferences, if it´s possible to adjust the route, but in no case forces the carrier to comply. The failure of these obligations by the customer, exempts GRUPMICROS of any responsibility for delays or failures in the delivery order.



If the carrier is unable to make the delivery at the given address to be absent, this will leave an information notice of the failed attempt ( notice ) in the mailbox so that the customer can get in touch with them and agree the most suitable time for the delivery. Then, they will contact the provided phone number to arrange a new delivery. The Courier Company will attempt to deliver the order up to 2 times. If it isn´t made effective, the order will be returned to GRUPMICROS and the customer will have to pay 8,95€ for a new shipment.
